Pyramids — shown as ruins on the map — are Evony's treasure chests. You attack them like a monster, and they drop material chests, speedups, and event items. Higher pyramid levels drop better loot but are much rarer and hit harder. Here's how the Ruins finder works in 2026.
Pyramid levels 1–5
- Level 1: common; light defense; anyone can farm it
- Level 2–3: solid drops for mid-game keeps; watch the timer
- Level 4–5: rare spawns, heavy defense, best chests — usually worth coordinating with alliance
Internally the platform stores pyramids as "ruins levels" 10–14, which is why the Ruins tab shows those numbers — level 1 pyramid = ruins level 10, level 5 pyramid = ruins level 14.
Finding pyramids with the Ruins tab
- Open Ruins in iScope Recon.
- The tab shows only fresh scans (last few hours) — no dead pyramids.
- Filter by level and distance from your keep as with every other tab.
- Free users see pyramid level 1; subscribers see all five levels.
Pyramids are far rarer than monsters — on most servers there are hundreds of bosses but dozens of pyramids — so live scanning matters more here than anywhere else. A saved coordinate list is worthless when a level 4 pyramid got looted an hour ago.
Farming strategy
- Level 1–2 pyramids daily for steady chest income; cheap on troops.
- Save marches for level 4–5. When one spawns within range, it's worth a long march — the chest quality justifies it.
- Alliance call-outs. Drop the coordinates in alliance chat; big pyramids often need two marches.
- Event overlap. Pyramid kills feed monster-kill events too — double value during events.
Frequently asked
Do pyramids regenerate HP? No — once damaged, the damage persists until destroyed or reset by the game's cleanup cycle, which is why the fresh-scan window matters.
What troops attack pyramids? Same as monsters — siege-heavy marches take more damage; standard boss marches work.
How rare are level 5 pyramids? Very — often a handful on the whole server at once. That's why the live filter beats any static list.
