Welcome to iScope Recon — the real-time map intelligence platform for Evony: The King's Return. This tutorial takes you from a blank account to your first useful search in about five minutes. Every feature mentioned here links to a deeper guide at the end.
Step 1: Create your account
Go to iscope.online and register with your email. No game password is ever requested — Recon scans with its own scout accounts, so your Monarch is never at risk. New accounts start with a free trial so you can explore everything before paying.
Step 2: Select your server
After logging in, open the server selector and pick your kingdom (for example K1497). Recon tracks 40+ servers, and the map you see is always the one you selected. Change servers any time — the map switches with you.
Step 3: Learn the tabs
The dashboard is organized into tabs, one per entity type:
- Monsters — common monsters across the whole server
- Bosses — the big boss monsters (levels 1–14)
- Events — event monsters, refreshed continuously during events
- Ruins — pyramids (levels 1–5)
- Resources — RSS tiles by type and level
- Players — every keep on the server, searchable
- Enemy — the SvS opponent server view (active during SvS)
Step 4: Master the filters
Every tab shares the same filter pattern — level, name search, and distance. The distance filter is the one that saves the most time: enter your keep's coordinates (cx, cy) and a radius in kilometers, and the map shows only what's in range, sorted closest-first. "Level 11+ bosses within 10 km of my keep" is two clicks.
Step 5: Your first search
Try this now: open the Bosses tab, set level to 11, enter your keep coordinates with a 15 km radius, and sort by distance. The nearest boss is at the top with exact coordinates. Click to copy, march, repeat.

Free accounts see common monsters (all levels), bosses up to level 12, event monsters level 1, and pyramid level 1 — a genuinely useful slice to evaluate the platform.
